Support the Pearson College Outrigger Club!

What is PCOC?
Pearson College Outrigger Club (PCOC) is a club started in 2017, consisting of Pearson students along with staff/faculty who compete in various local competitions in British Columbia, now led by faculty member Jordan Bolay. We’ve had the opportunity to take part in the annual WetDashe, Bridges, as well as provincial and national qualifiers, most notably the World Sprints Championship. We’re thrilled to be back in action this year and ready to make waves!
BIG NEWS!
We’re thrilled to announce that one of our keen students, Ludovick St. Pierre, has qualified for Team Canada at the 2026 IVF World Va’a Sprints in Singapore! This comes after setting a personal best in the V-1 500m with a score of 2:33 during trials in Calgary earlier this fall.
Ludo will be training hard both on campus and off across Canada with his teammates, and with that comes the costs of travel, accommodation, and food. With your donation, you can make a big difference in helping Ludo train for the big trip next August.
Help Ludo paddle with purpose!
Pearson College students work at all levels – personally, locally, regionally, nationally and internationally – to do what they can to make the world a better place.
