There are a number of opportunities for alumni to connect in person at various events throughout the year. These events are both on and off campus, ranging from formally organized reunions on-campus to informal gatherings with alumni in specific cities or regions off-campus.

On-Campus Reunion: Reunions are hosted every summer on campus, usually in August. Here is the schedule of future reunions for you to see when your next reunion will be. To view the presentation from the Village Gathering at the 2017 reunions, click here.

Please note that these rates reflect our new pricing structure implemented in 2016. It takes into account important feedback we have received from alumni over the years, the costs associated with hosting reunions and the fees charged to attend comparable events. This new pricing structure reflects several considerations, including the fact that more recent graduates are at earlier points in their careers and might have less disposable income than those later in their careers. It also reflects the fact that people at the 40 and 50 Year Reunions are not only further along in their careers but often come without children.

We hope to further develop this price structure in an equitable way that is in line with our key priorities outline by President Désirée McGraw, specifically, the priority to secure the College’s long-term financial sustainability. We believe the reunion’s rating structure is aligned with this important consideration but still maintains affordability and is comparable to “market” prices for similar events where accommodation, food, activities, and transportation are all included in the cost.

Travel fund

Every year, alumni pool money together to help ease the financial burden of other alumni travelling to and attending the reunion. The College holds these contributions until the reunion and then distributes them to the alumni selected by the Travel Fund committee as recipients. The Travel Fund is meant to help alumni come to the reunion. Further information specific to your reunion will be provided in the sections above.
