Nakkiah Lui, PC Year 30, wins the first Dreaming Award, the national annual aboriginal arts prize in Australia. The budding playwright, named the inaugural winner of the award is a child of western Sydney and the daughter of a Gamilaroi woman from the Gunnedah area and a Torres Strait Islander.
